SPRING SHARE (Summer Add-On)

New in 2018! JOIN US FOR the first 6 WEEKS of the season

We are thrilled to offer a new spring share, celebrating the crisp, delicate, and verdant foods of spring!  Our spring share includes hoop-house grown greens, fresh roots and spring vegetables, plus chicken, rabbit and eggs.  A shorter, 6 weeks extension of the classic Letterbox CSA share, April & May. Your share will typically include:

  • VEGETABLES: 3-4 items provided per share

  • GREENS: 2-3 items per share

  • PORK, CHICKEN & RABBIT: Available on a flex credit system

  • EGGS: One dozen provided per week

  • SPECIAL ITEMS: occasionally through the season

DATES:     April 26th - may 31

PICKUP:   FARM PICKUPS @ 4161 US 9, Hudson. Thursdays, 4-6pm. Self-serve pickups anytime, Sat/Sun.  

NOTE: Our production capacity is very limited in the spring, so we limit spring shares to our summer and full-season members. Since our farmers markets do not begin until May, we are unable to offer Spring memberships in Rhinebeck, Chappaqua or Bronxville at this time. 

SHARE OPTIONS:
