Letterbox provides space for farm weddings and other events for up to 200 guests, May - October.

Letterbox Farm offers scenic outdoor space that can be customized for personalized, memorable events. With three stunning fields, 30 acres of forest and truly astonishing mountain views, it's easy to see how special the land here is. One event per weekend means you'll have plenty of time to set up and breakdown - leaving you more room to celebrate. Guests also have access to sourcing the most beautiful foods in season, right from the very ground they'll be celebrating on. Our beautiful and spacious five bedroom guesthouse allows hosts or their guests to stay right on the farm. Our close proximity to downtown makes Letterbox Farm the idea location for your Hudson Valley wedding.

PLANNING 

Letterbox Farm offers site rental only, but we are happy to connect you to the best Hudson Valley event planners, rental companies, caterers and DJ's. If you are interested in sourcing food and/or flowers from Letterbox Farm, we grow a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, greens and livestock that can be ordered for your party.

COSTS

Letterbox Farm weddings and events are $3,000 and include exclusive 24h use of two event fields, lighted pathways and staffed event parking. A one week rental in the Letterbox Guest House (sleeps 10) is required by event hosts at an additional fee of $2,000.
