Our chickens weigh between 3 and 5.5 pounds each. While we cannot guarantee specific sizes, please feel free to leave your preferred weight range in the comments box at the end of this form and we will do our best to accommodate you.

TIER 1: Order 10-15 chickens and save 10%

TIER 2: Order 16-24 chickens and save 15%

TIER 3: Order 25 chickens or more and save 20%

How Would You Like Your Chickens Cut?

You can order any combination of whole, halved and quartered chickens. For every bird you order halved, you will receive two packages, each with a half chicken. For every bird you order quartered, you will receive one package of breast and wings (cut into 2 pieces) and one package of leg and thighs (cut into 2 pieces). Whole chickens are $7/ lb and parted chickens are $8/lb before discount.

When would you like to pick up your chickens?

Select any week between Oct. 1st and Nov. 15th. We will reach out to schedule an exact day as the week approaches.

Where would you like to pick up your order?

Pickups are available at the farm in Hudson, at the Rhinebeck Farmers Market and at the Bronxville Farmers Market.
